A Conversation with James Downs – Eating Disorders Awareness Week
This week is Eating Disorders Awareness Week so we were delighted to meet up last week (via Zoom) and have a conversation with mental
health and eating disorders writer, speaker and researcher James Downs.
In this honest and open interview, James shares with us his experiences of living with an eating disorder and his valuable insights on a range of issues including eating disorders services – the good, the bad and the ugly; the stigma and discrimination that is often attached to eating disorders and that he has faced during his life; and essential advice for people living with an eating disorder and for those supporting someone living with an eating disorder.
