If you feel like you might attempt suicide or may have seriously harmed yourself or someone else is at risk, you/they need urgent medical help in a life threatening emergency:
Call 999 for an ambulance.
Or go straight to A&E.

If you are at risk and in need of urgent mental health support, please call 111 and press option 2.
You can also visit your GP to explain how you are feeling and discuss options.
