Open access mental health and emotional wellbeing support

Mind Cwm Taf Morgannwg is able to provide a drop-in mental health and emotional wellbeing service for people aged over 11 who live in the counties of Bridgend, Merthyr Tydfil or Rhondda Cynon Taf.

We can provide up to 3 solution-focussed conversations, self-help resources and advice on services that can support with issues affecting your emotional wellbeing.

A calendar of where we are is below but you can also contact us to pre-book a session, which can be in person or via telephone / Microsoft Teams call.  If emailing to pre-book, please say which area you live in, how you would like to do the session (in person, telephone, video call) and a brief outline of what you’d like to talk about.

To self-refer for Open Access support, please contact the Mental Health and Wellbeing Adviser in your area below:

Where we are for in person support

Please note these may be subject to change, as there will be times where staff are on annual leave or they may fall on a Public Holiday.  If you would like to check availability before dropping in, we would advise emailing the relevant contact provided above.

As the venues we are using close at 5pm, we ask that people arrive no later than 4pm to have the best chance of talking to someone the same day. If you arrive later than that, we may ask to arrange another time.
