Grade: £ £23,369 FTE plus pension

Location: Multi-sited across Rhondda area in GP surgeries/Community Venues and Homeworking
We are a mental health and wellbeing charity and we deliver a range of community-based services across Merthyr Tydfil, Rhondda Cynon Taf and Bridgend.
We are looking for people with counselling experience and knowledge to work within the Active Monitoring service, applying psycho-educational self-directed interventions to people experiencing mild-to-moderate mental health and wellbeing needs.
You will be a resilient and robust person who can build trust and relationships with vulnerable people easily. You will be naturally understanding and empathetic in your personality as you will be providing practical and emotional support to people. You will be proficient in IT, enjoy working with processes and data, can adapt to change and have the ability to work on your own initiative.
